TickrMeter is stuck on “Server Connected”

If your TickrMeter stays on Server Connected!, try sending a US-listed stock to it and restarting the device.

  1. Log in to the TickrMeter portal.
  2. Select a US-listed stock, such as TSLA, and send it to your TickrMeter.
  3. Use the switch on the back to turn TickrMeter off, then on again.

If restarting does not help

Follow the reset instructions to remove the device from your account, restart it and set it up again.
