Find your TickrMeter MAC address for corporate Wi-Fi

Some networks, including corporate Wi-Fi networks, require your device’s MAC address before allowing it to connect.

1. First connect TickrMeter to your account using a network you can access, such as your home Wi-Fi or a phone hotspot. Follow the setup guide.
2. Open Device Settings in the sidebar of the TickrMeter portal.
3. Find your device in the My Devices table and read its MAC Address column.
